Power Training

In this one one one session with a personal trainer, a client can expect to move through a total body conditioning workout specific to their personal needs.  Each session lasts an hour.  Remember to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

In this one on one experience with a personal trainer, a client can expect to use their body weight to work through a total body strength class on the TRX.  TRX focuses on core stabilization and gives full rotation of the shoulders to allow for deep muscle work and long lean muscle tone.  Each session lasts an hour.  Remember to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.

Why not workout with a buddy?!  This one hour session with a personal trainer will focus on total body conditioning for both you and your partner.  Strength and cardio intervals will be the focus for you two while you sweat it out.  Sometimes it takes a friend to motivate and challenge you.  Remember to wear comfortable clothes and sneakers.
